One of the best parts of our job is matching a tenant with a great property that they get to call home. Whether it’s a small or a large rental we treat every tenant with the same level of importance and respect. Every property also includes exterior maintenance for the convenience of our renters.



To qualify to rent a property from Clemmer & Co you must have:

  • A gross income three (3) times the monthly rent
  • No evictions
  • No felonies
  • No collections on any utility bills



Our screening process is straightforward and each application submission must include:

  • Income documentation - copies of two (2) most recent paycheck stubs
  • Tax returns of the last two (2) years if self-employed
  • Documents supporting recurring income from other sources (Bank Deposits, etc.)
  • Government issued ID card or Passport
  • $30 non-refundable application fee payable to Clemmer & Co
  • Completed Application
